Make sure the appliance is disconnected from the
power supply when it is idle for an extended period
of time and before performing any cleaning or
maintenance.
Be careful when unpacking the unit. Sharp borders
could cause injury.
Do not bend, pull or compress the power cord as this
could damage it. Electric shock or fire is probably
due to a damaged power cord. If the cable is
damaged, call the service technician for the device.
Do not use extensions or group modules.
Do not touch the appliance with bare feet or wet or
damp parts of the body.
Do not obstruct the air inlet or outlet on any of the
units, both indoors and outdoors. Obstruction of
these openings causes a reduction in the operating
efficiency of the conditioner with possible failures or
consequential damage.
Do not install the appliance in environments where
air may contain gas, oil, or sulfur, or near heat
sources.
Do not drink drained water from the air conditioner.
Do not use the device with the windows open for a
long period of time. Otherwise its effectiveness will
be reduced.
Do not place anything on the indoor or outdoor unit.
The device is prepared to work under non-extreme
ambient temperature. The device will stop working if
the ambient temperature is extreme.
