022361 MONTAGEHANDLEIDING
1. Meegeleverde onderdelen en bevestigingsmaterialen van de trekhaak verwijderen. Eventueel aanwezige
kit ter plaatse van de bevestigingspunten verwijderen.
2. Demonteer de bumper, en verwijder de eindkappen van de chassisbalken (deze komen te vervalllen).
3. Schuif de linker steun "1" en rechter steun "2" in de chassisbalken en monteer deze steunen m.b.v.
bouten M12x35, veerringen en strippen "3" (50x40x6) t.p.v. de gaten "A" en m.b.v. 1 bout M12x35,
veerring en strip "4" (50x40x4) t.p.v. het gat "B" (handvast aandraaien).
4. Monteer de trekhaak t.p.v. de gaten "C" m.b.v. 4 bouten M12x35, sluitringen, veerringen en moeren
(handvast aandraaien).
5. Plaats 2 bouten M12x30, strippen "5" (30x30x4), veerringen en moeren t.p.v. de gaten "D" (handvast
aandraaien).
6. Monteer de kogel en de steun met de stekkerdoosplaat "6" t.p.v. de gaten "E" m.b.v. 2 bouten M12x70,
veerringen en moeren.
7. Zet de trekhaak vast. Hierbij de volgende aanhaalmomenten hanteren:
M12 - 79 Nm
Het is noodzakelijk om na ca. 1000 km gebruik de boutverbindingen na te trekken (volgens gegeven
aanhaalmomenten).
8. Maak een uitsparing in de bumper d.m.v. de bijgeleverde sjabloon.
9. Monteer de bumper terug.
10. Bosal kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig gebrek in het produkt zoals veroorzaakt door de
schuld of door welk onoordeelkundig gebruik ook van de gebruiker of een persoon voor wie hij
aansprakelijk is (art. 185, lid 2 N.B.W.).
022361 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove the
underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment/frame members.
2. Dismount the bumper and remove the protection caps from the frame members (these will no longer be
used).
3. Slide the LH support "1" and the RH support "2" in the frame members and mount these supports using
the M12x35 bolts, spring washers and brackets "3" (50x40x6) at the holes "A" and using 1 M12x35
bolt, spring washer and bracket "4" (50x40x4) at the hole "B" (do not tighten fully yet).
4. Mount the towbar at the holes "C" using 4 M12x35 bolts, plain washers, spring washers and nuts (do
not tighten fully yet).
5. Mount 2 M12x30 bolts, brackets "5" (30x30x4), spring washers and nuts at at the holes "D" (do not
tighten fully yet).
6. Mount the ball with the socket plate "6" at the holes "E" using 2 M12x70 bolts, spring washers and
nuts.
7. Secure the towbar using a torque-wrench. Torque the bolts as follows:
M12 - 79 Nm
After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
8. Cut a hole in the bumper using the provided template.
9. Remount the bumper.

022361 DESCRIPTION DU MONTAGE
1. Séparer les différents éléments d'attelage. Enlever le mastic de protection autour des points de
fixation.
2. Démonter le pare chocs et enlever les couvercles de protection des longerons du châssis (ils ne
seront pas remontés).
3. Positionner le support gauche "1" et le support droit "2" dans les longerons du châssis et les monter à
l'aide des boulons M12x35, des rondelles grower et des goussets "3" (50x40x6) au niveau des trous
"A" et à l'aide d'un boulon M12x35, une rondelle grower et un gousset "4" (50x40x4) au niveau du trou
"B", sans bloquer.
4. Monter, sans bloquer, l'attelage au niveau des trous "C" à l'aide des 4 boulons M12x35, des rondelles
plates, des rondelles grower et des écrous.
5. Monter, sans bloquer, les 2 boulons M12x35, les goussets "5" (30x30x4), les rondelles grower et les
écrous au niveau des trous "D".
6. Monter la rotule et le support de prise "6" au niveau des trous "E" à l'aide des 2 boulons M12x70, des
rondelles grower et des écrous.
7. Fixer l'attelage. Bloquer l'ensemble de la boulonnerie aux couples de serrage suivants:
M12 - 79 Nm
Il est conseillé de vérifier le serrage de toute la boulonnerie aprés 1000 Km de traction.
8. Découper le pare chocs suivant le gabarit fourni.
9. Remonter le pare chocs.
10. Bosal décline toute responsabilité concernant des défauts éventuels de cet attelage qui seraient
causés par une mauvaise utilisation. Seul l'utilisateur est responsable
