• Clean the saw chain after every use. Use
a paint brush or wipe for that. Do not use
any liquids to clean the chain. After clean-
ing, oil the chain lightly with chain oil.
• When cleaning, also remove the chain
wheel cover (8) so that this area can be
cleaned as well.
• Clean the chain bar (Guide) (4).
• Clean the ventilation slots and the sur-
faces of the machine with a paint brush,
whisk or dry cloth. Do not use any liq-
uids for cleaning.
• Clean the oil passages of the chain bar
(
27), in order to guarantee a
trouble-free, automatic oiling of the saw
chain during operation.
