Intended use
The sun shade is suitable for providing
protection against direct UV radiation. It
is not designed for providing protection
against rain or snow.
The sun shade is intended for domestic
use only.
Setting up the shade
In the box, you will find:
– Sun shade
– 5 mm hex key
You will also need:
4 washed concrete
slabs 50 x 50 cm,
each weighing
approx.25 kg
Please note:
– The sun shade is delivered without a
stand system.
We recommend one of the following
stand systems:

Setting up the stand system
Please note:
– The assembly is shown here using the
example of a T-stand. For other stand
systems, please observe the respec-
tive assembly instructions.
1. Assemble the T-stand (see figure A).
To compensate for uneven ground,
screw the small feet 1 under the sup-
port legs in or out if necessary.
2. Set the T-stand up in the desired lo-
cation and insert the 4 cement slabs
(see figure B).
Mounting the shade
1. Place the shade pole 2 on the frame
so that the threaded bolts 3 go through
the holes 4 (see figure C).
2. Fit the washers 5, put the nuts 6 in
place with the blue side of the nut fac-
ing up and tighten with a size 17 span-
ner (see figure C).
3. Put on the cover 7 as shown (see
figure D).
Opening the shade
Please note!
– Before you open the sun shade, make
sure that it is sufficiently secure, that
is, that all 4 cement slabs are in place.
1. If applicable, remove the tie strap and
protective sleeve.
2. Slightly open the sun shade by hand
(see figure E).
3. Fold the crank handle 8 out to the side
(see figure F).
4. Turn the crank 9 clockwise
(see figure G).
