Warranty
The warranty period for this product is
36 months.
If you discover a defect during this time,
please consult your vendor. To ensure
that the vendor is able to promptly assist
you, please have your sales slip ready
and specify the model name and article
number.
The warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear and discoloura-
tion of the textile cover;
– Damage to the paint coat attributed to
normal wear and tear;
– Damage due to improper use (e.g.
commercial use);
– Damage caused by wind, overwinding
the crank, the sun shade falling over,
excessive pulling on the shade braces;
– Damage due to structural modifica-
tions to the product.

an in-depth final inspection prior to be-
ing shipped out, it is possible that an ac-
cessory is missing or that a part sustains
damage while in transit. Please contact
your vendor in this case.
