Fill w ith o il
1. Open t he d eep f ryer c over.
2. Remove t he f rying b asket f rom t he f ixed p ot a nd s et t he b asket a side.
3. Fill the fixed pot with cooking oil or shortening up to the maximum oil level line (MAX) which is
located on the inside of the fixed pot. The amount of oil in the fixed pot must always be between
the M IN a nd M AX l evel m arking i nside t he f ixed p ot. N ever e xceed t he M AX l evel m ark.
