Dismant-
1. Dismantle the crank handle assembly (parts 9, 10, 11, 12, 13)
2. Remove the screws on the gear cover (module 2)
ling
3. Remove the gear cover with bearing (module 2), seal
the
(part 24) and O-ring (part 23)
spindle
4. Remove the gear box parts of the reduction gearbox,
consisting of : Crank drive (1), small cogwheel (7), large
cogwheel with bush (6) and spacer (21), degrease and
check them for signs of wear
5. Remove the protective cap and O-ring (module 20)
6. Remove drive shaft (4), degrease and check for signs of
wear
7. Remove the gear box parts of the bevel gearbox,
consisting of :
Bearing (module 22), small bevel gear (19), large bevel
gear (18), remove bearing (25), degrease and check for
signs of wear.
8. Remove pin (28) and shim (30)
Keep hold of spindle (27), danger of falling!
9. Pull spindle (27) out of shaft tube
10. Check bearing (3) and (8)
replace worn and damaged parts.

Dismantling the nut
1. Detach and remove hex socket screws (1)
2. Remove old spindle nut (2)
3. Remove grease tube (3)

Assembly with nut /
1. Insert spare part kit consisting of grease
tube, spindle and nut into support tube
spindle replacement
2. Screw in hex socket screws, tighten (tighte-
ning torque 10 Nm).
3. In fast gear, retract the support tube (1) up to
the stop using the crank handle
4. Firmly tighten nut (4) on rod, put on locking
washers, tighten second nut (tightening
torque 20 Nm)
5. Replace grease according to lubrication
schedule
6. Extend and retract in high gear over entire
stroke at no load.
Installation after wear
1. Regrease spindle nut
2. Set support tube into shaft tube where spind-
test without objec-
le thread starts

3. In fast gear, retract the support tube up to the
stop using the crank handle
4. Firmly tighten nut on rod, put on locking washers,
tighten second nut (tightening torque 20 Nm)
