1. Screw the support [3] to the housing of the device with two screws.
2. Install two longitudinal bars to support the top of the glass cover. By
unscrewing the nut and inserting the threaded end of the rods [4] through the
holes in the support lightly screw the rods to the support.
3. Slide the rear glass cover [2] into the side support [3].
3.3. Working with the unit
1. Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply. Remove the
GN containers and fill the tank with water in line with the recommendations,
i.e. minimum water level 33 mm, maximum 55 mm from the bottom of the
tank (approx. ½ tank).
2. Set the temperature control knob (thermostat) to the "0" position and insert
the plug into an electrical outlet. The green power light will illuminate.
3. Set the temperature control knob to the desired temperature (the orange light
will come on).
1. After the device has reached the desired temperature, the GN containers can
be filled with warm food. Close the lids of the GN containers. The lids are
designed to keep the food warm and clean.
NOTE: It is recommended to set the lowest possible temperature, one which
keeps the food ready to be served immediately.
2. NOTE: The unit will automatically regulate the water temperature in the tank.
If the temperature drops below the desired value, the heater will turn on again
and then turn off when the set water temperature is reached.
4. Always remember to set the thermostat to "0" and disconnect the appliance
from the power supply after cooking.
5. After cooling it down to room temperature, drain the water from the device
using the drain tap. Place a bucket under the tap.
CAUTION! The device is protected against overheating. If the device overheats
during operation, it will turn off immediately. In this case, wait for the device
