2 | Intended purpose
The Pelvic Muscle Trainer
• serves to strengthen the pelvic fl oor muscles
Pelvic fl oor training increases the strength and tone of the muscles and makes it much easier to control the
urge to urinate. Thus, targeted pelvic fl oor training is the best remedy - not only as a preventive measure,
but also to combat existing urinary incontinence. The pelvic fl oor trainer is placed a few centimetres below
the pelvic fl oor between the thighs, then the thigh muscles are squeezed. The squeezing is intended to
strengthen the pelvic fl oor muscles.
Applicable to:
• Disc discomfort
• Prevention of uterine subsidence
• reduces or prevents urinary incontinence
For private use.
3 | Contraindications / Not suitable
• After recent operations, especially in the pelvic fl oor area, training should only be carried out after consultation
with the attending physician. How long after an operation will the corresponding muscles remain. The doctor
decides whether to take care of things.
• Allergic reactions to the material
Not suitable for children under 3 years!
4 | Notes on safe use of the product
• Side eff ects that aff ect the entire organism are not yet known. Proper use is assumed. Product liability is
excluded in the event of improper use.
• People with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities should only use the pelvic fl oor exercise under
supervision.
• If your symptoms worsen or you notice unusual changes, consult your doctor immediately.
• For additional questions consult your doctor!
• Due to the material composition, it can be worn directly on the skin as long as there are no external or
internal injuries. However, it should only be used with clothing during training.
• To avoid pinching the skin, only use the pelvic fl oor exercise on clothing
• Examine the appliance frequently. If there is any damage visible If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or a qualifi ed person, to avoid a hazard.
5 | Application
1. Warm up before and wear comfortable clothes while using Pelvic Muscle Trainer.
2. Place Pelvic Muscle Trainer between thighs, few inches below pelvic fl oor.
DO NOT place against pelvic fl oor.
3. Center the Pelvic Muscle Trainer with Wing fl aps touching front or back of thighs
depending which is more comfortable
4. Maintain proper posture. Stand up straight with feet close together, knees slight-
ly bent.
5. While keeping knees, hips and shoulders parallel, close Wing Enclosure Area by
squeezing Wing Flaps with upper thighs, buttocks and pelvic fl oor muscles.
6. For beginners, squeeze und hold the Pelvic Muscle Trainer for 3 seconds and thenrest 7 seconds. Try to
perform 6 repetitions.
