Discharging brad nails or staples
Load the required brad nails or staples and
set the discharge depth as described above.
Grip the handle (1), place the staple/nail gun
against the item so that the safety release (6)
is depressed and press the trigger (3) to fire a
staple. Release the trigger.
Do not press the staple/nail gun too hard.
Disconnect the staple/nail gun from the air
hose after use.
Changing the striking pin
Loosen the 4 screws on the cover at the back
of the staple/nail gun using the Allen key
provided.
Take hold of the striking pin using pliers and
pull it out. Insert the new striking pin.
Replace the cover.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the tool with a well-wrung cloth after
use, and always keep all surfaces clean.
Make sure that the safety release is free of
dirt and foreign matter.
If the compressed air supply does not mix
lubricating oil in the air, lubricate the tool
with oil via its compressed air nozzle (2)
every 1-2 hours of operation.
Apply a couple of drops of oil to the nozzle,
connect the tool to the hose and run it for a
few seconds to lubricate it. Lubricate the tool
with 4-5 drops of oil in the same way after
use.
Check regularly that all parts of the tool
(seals, magazine, trigger, etc.) are in good
condition and get them replaced if not.
