1.1 GATEWAY'S DESCRIPTION
The Gateway is a device operating as a connection interface between sanitary appliances
to be monitored and Roca's cloud. It requires Internet connection to exchange data with the
Roca Group IOT Platform's server.
There are two versions of the Gateway:
• Standard (ref. A5A5279C00) – Internet connection through Wi-Fi or Ethernet
• LTE (ref. A5A5379C00) – in addition to Wi-Fi or Ethernet, it may connect to the Internet
through LTE

1.2 WARNINGS
• This manual explains how to install and start up the Gateway. Information related to its
operation, setting up and device registration is included in the User's Manual.
• The latest version of both manuals, installation and user's, can be downloaded from
rocaconnect.com
• IMPORTANT: please read section 2: Installation requirements, before proceeding with
the installation.
