Preparing the connection to
the flue
When connecting the appliance to the flue, you can
choose to connect to the top or to the rear of the appli-
ance
When the appliance is delivered, the con-
nection at the rear is closed.
Plug the outlet you don't wish to use with the cor-
responding supplied cover.
Install the supplied corresponding connection collar
to the outlet you wish to use.
Sealant and materials are supplied.
Connecting to the rear
1. Apply supplied fibre glass sealing tape measuring
10 x 3 mm to the contact surface of the connection
collar.
2. Remove the protection plate from the back shield
with the assistance of a screwdriver; see following
figure.

3. Remove the cover (1) from the back wall; see fol-
lowing figure.
4. Fit the connection collar to the back wall with the
materials supplied (5).
5. Apply supplied fibre glass sealing tape (2) meas-
uring 10 x 3 mm to the contact surface of the
cover.
6. Fit the cover to the top plate using the mounting
bracket (3) and materials supplied (4).
Connect to top
On delivery, the connection at the rear is closed, so
that a back cover does not need to be installed.
