Coconut shells
For approx. 10 waffle cups
50 g coconut flakes, 50 g melted but-
ter, 200 ml coconut milk (from the
can, please use coconut oil and coco-
nut milk!), 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 50 g
butter, 1 egg, 80 g flour, 3 drops rum
aroma, if necessary 2 TPSP water.
Blend all ingredients and let sit ap-
prox. one hour. If the batter thickens
excessively, stir in a little water. Do
not grease the appliance beforehand!
Bake the waffle cups to the desired le-
vel of browning in the appliance.
Lemon waffle cups
125 g melted butter, 200 g sugar, 1
package vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 220 g
flor, 1 TPSP grated lemon peel, 250
ml lemonade
Blend all ingredients and let sit ap-
prox. one hour. If the batter thickens
excessively, stir in a little water. Bake
the waffle cups to the desired level of
browning in the appliance.
Goes wonderfully with sorbet! Tip: In-
stead of lemon peel and lemonade,
use the same amount of orange peel
and orange soft-drink, to get orange
waffle cups.
Hazelnut waffle cups
50 g ground hazelnuts, 60 g melted
button, 50 g sugar, 1 package vanilla
sugar, 1 egg, 70 g flour, 3 drops bitter
almond oil, 120 ml water
Blend all ingredients and let sit ap-
prox. one hour. If the batter thickens
excessively, stir in a little water. Bake
the waffle cups to the desired level of
browning in the appliance.

Hearty cheese waffle cups
For approx. 14 waffle cups
35 g melted butter, 100 g grated par-
mesan, 1 pinch salt, 1 egg, 250 ml
water, 125 g flour
Blend the ingredients, grease the ap-
pliance beforehand, bake waffle cups.
Tip: You can add 2 pinches of caraway,
½ TBSP oregano or paprika powder.
Vegan waffle cups
120 ml melted vegan margarine,
200 g cane sugar, 400 g soy milk, 1
pinch salt, 1 TBSP ground cinnamon,
1 TBSP ground cardamom, 1 TPBSP
ground anise, 250 g whole wheat flour
Attention, this batter becomes sticky
very quickly, consequently preparati-
on of the vegan waffle cups is not re-
commended for novice cooks. The ba-
king plates must be greased before
each baking process. Nevertheless, if
the appliance sticks together, with one
hand firmly grasp a support foot (cau-
tion, the appliance is very hot!) and
with the other hand open the lid of the
appliance as usual.
