The duration of this guarantee is 3 years from the date of purchase, being valid in Spain and countries belonging to the
European Economic Community.
The guarantee covers all manufacturing defects and assumes "the responsibilities of the seller and the rights of the
consumer", as reflected in article 4 of Law 23/2003, of July 10, on "Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods" in accordance
with the community directive 1999/44/CE, and also does not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with the
provisions of this law.
The manufacturer undertakes to replace free of charge, during the warranty period, all those parts whose manufacture is
defective, as long as they are sent to us for examination.
To make the guarantee valid, it is necessary that the defective part is accompanied by this guarantee bond, duly completed
and stamped by the seller.
The guarantee is NOT extensive for:
1. The replacement, repair of parts or organs, caused by wear due to normal use of the equipment, such as osmosis
membranes, carbon filters, sediment filters, resins, polyphosphates, etc., as indicated in the instruction manual of the team.
2. Damages caused by misuse of the device or those caused by transport.
3. Manipulations, modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
4. Breakdowns or malfunctions that are the result of a poor installation outside the technical service or the assembly
instructions have not been followed correctly.
5. Improper use of the equipment or that the working conditions are not those indicated by the manufacturer.
6. The use of non-original spare parts.
7. IMPORTANT: The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for equipment malfunction or water quality if non-original spare
parts have been used.
For any claim, contact the SELLER.
