Warranty conditions
As of 1 January 2016, SENYA guarantees the proper functioning of its products for a period of 2 years
from the date of purchase. The warranty of any purchase made before that date is valid for 1 year. This
warranty only Applicationlies to products used for domestic purposes. Any other use in the context of
professional use by a natural or legal person excludes any Application of the warranty. This product is
guaranteed against any failure resulting from faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not
cover defects or damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect use or normal wear and tear of
the product.
Availability of spare parts
Senya has spare parts for its products for a 2-year period. You can find accessories and spare parts for
your Senya products sold by our partner Cdiscount. If your accessory or spare part is not available,
please contact our after-sales service at service-client@senya.fr.
This warranty does not include replacement of wear parts or consumables:
 Right/Left side brush
 Sponge filter&HEPA filter
 Rolling brush
