Operating manual
No malfunctions are to be expected if the Bona OptiSpread UX is properly and
professionally operated and used in accordance with the instructions and information
in this manual.
However, if unexpected malfunctions occur, you should investigate possible sources
of error:
Battery: Is the battery fully charged? Partially charged batteries can lead to the feed
being switched off automatically if a malfunction is incorrectly identified. Therefore, always
fully charge the battery!
Gear rack: Is it bent or damaged? Therefore, never place the device on the linkage.
Adhesive residue: Are there cured adhesive residues in the machine/nozzle?
If so, remove them or change the nozzle. Pay particular attention to the notes
in chapters 6 and 7.
