INSTALLATION
Locate a suitable surface and position to install the instrument. The mounting surface must be capable
of supporting the torque meter during operation.
Drill and thread (if need be) the surface, using dimension (G) - that is, the distance between the centres
of the two fixing holes of the dynatester - as a reference.
Fixing
Models 680/3 and 680/30: To fix the dynatester to the surface, use hexagon socket head cap screws
ISO 4762 – M6 – 8.8 (not included in kit)
Recommended driving torque: 7.3 Nm
Models 680/350 and 680/2100: To fix the dynatester to the surface, use hexagon socket head cap
screws ISO 4762 – M10 – 12.9 (not included in kit)
Recommended driving torque: 35 Nm
Connection to mains supply
Mount a plug suitable for the power supply socket. Connect the USB cable to the power supply and the
instrument.
The display will light up; the torque meter is ready for use.
INSTRUMENT USE
1. Select the mode of operation
2. Select the target value
3. Select the units of measurement
4. Place the torque screwdriver/wrench on the transducer; use connection accessories (e.g. suitable
sockets), if need be, and apply force in the required direction
