MACHINE START
Press the switch lock button first and then press the starter switch.
Operating instructions for the mechanical speed controller (Picture 6):
When the machine is stopped, turn the knob switch to change the speed.
When you cannot finish changing the speed completely by turning the knob switch, turn the shaft
paddles slightly and change the speed.
Electronic speed regulator operating instruction (Picture 7):
The switch located at the button of the right handle is the one that regulates the speed
electronically. Like a throttle, the deeper it is pressed, the higher the speed of the mixing machine.

MACHINE STOP
Loose the right-hand switches (Picture 8) to stop the machine.
Electrical products must not be thrown out with domestic waste. Recycle them at the special
disposal centres provided for this purpose. Contact your local authorities or retailer for advice
on recycling.
