WARRANTY
BELLOTA offers a up to a three-year warranty on mixers limited to manufacturing defects.
The Distributor / Distri-TechnicalService must process the warranty by registering the information on Bellota's website:

Full username

User email contact
* In compliance with current regulations:
•
For professional use (capital goods), the validity of the warranty is one year.
•
For non-professional use (consumer goods), the validity of the warranty is three years.
The warranty period undertaken by Bellota Tools S.L.U is activated only by registering the machines.
In no case shall part subjected to wear fall under the warranty.
The warranty shall be invalidated in the following cases:
•
Malfunctions caused by blows, falls and the like.
•
Failure to observe the instructions on use and recommendations set out by Bellota.
•
Misuse or a use other than that established by Bellota.
•
Repairs and handling by unauthorised personnel.
•
Modifications of original parts.
•
Overrunning of the machine.
BEFORE CALLING TECHNICAL SERVICE
Check that:
•
The device does not show any signs of blows or scuffing.
•
The device is not dirty or have elements that may block its operation.
•
The wall plug works correctly.
