Troubleshooting tips... Before calling for service.
You may try to solve the following simple problems by yourself.
If they cannot be solved, contact the after-sales department.
Failed operation.
Odor.
Compressor runs for long
periods of time.
Lights do not turn on.
Doors can not be properly
closed.
Loud noise.
Door seal is not tight.
Water pan overflows.
Hot cabinet.
Surface condensation.
Abnormal noise.

Make sure the appliance is connected to the power supply or whether the plug is in well con-
tact.
The supply voltage is too low.
Check whether there is a power failure or circuits have tripped.
Odorous foods shall be tightly wrapped.
Rotten food inside the appliance.
Clean the interior of the refrigerator.
Long operation of the refrigerator is normal in summer when the ambient temperature is high.
It is not recommended having too much food in the appliance at the same time.
Let food cool down before placing it into the appliance.
Doors are opened too frequently.
Make sure the refrigerator is connected to power supply. Check the lamp, it could be dam-
aged.
Door is kept open by food packages.
Refrigerator is not level.
Check whether the floor is level and the refrigerator is placed stably.
Check whether accessories are placed at proper locations.
Remove foreign material from the door seal.
Heat the door to restore its original shape, you can use an electrical drier or a hot towel to
heat it.
Too much food in the fresh food compartments or stored food contains too much water, result-
ing in heavy defrosting.
Doors are not closed properly, resulting in frosting due to entry of air and increased water due
to defrosting.
Heat dissipation of the built-in condenser via the cabinet, which is normal.
When cabinet becomes hot due to high ambient temperature and storage of too much food is
recommended to provide sound ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation.
Condensation on the exterior surface and door seals of the refrigerator is normal when the
ambient humidity is too high. Just wipe the condensed water using a clean towel.
Buzz: The compressor may produce a buzz during operation. Buzz is particularly loud upon
start or stop. This is normal.
Creak: Refrigerant flowing inside of the appliance may produce creak, which is normal.
