4.1 Error messages
Your e-scooter is programmed to show an error message in certain conditions.
These messages indicate that the e-scooter is functioning abnormally.
If the e-scooter displays an error message on its display:
Carefully slow down and stop your e-Scooter. Do not continue to ride it.
As soon as you are able – contact Pure Electric by emailing
help@pureelectric.com and let them know about the error code.
The Pure support team will then help you with the next steps in getting your
e-scooter back up and running again.
For reference, error codes will appear and look like the following examples:
