non-official parts or accessories, and/or by a non-qualified person will lead to the
warranty becoming invalid.
Pure Electric only carry out repairs covered by the products warranty. Refer to the
manual's 'Repairs' section for more information. If your e-scooter requires a repair
covered under warranty, email us at help@pureelectric.com and our Pure support
team will be on hand to help.

5.4 Disposal
This symbol on a product indicates that the product is in
compliance with the European directive 2012/19 / EU. Electrical
products should not be disposed of with household waste.
Please recycle them at the collect points provided for this
purpose. Contact the local authorities or your dealer for recycling
advice. Proper disposal of old appliances helps preserve the
environment and health.

The serial number can be found on the bottom of the battery box of your
e-scooter, and on the outside of the box.
