Always wear upper respiratory tract protection when working with a rotating brush. A rotating brush can stir up dust which
can be harmful to health.
Always remove the power cord plug from the mains socket before performing repairs. Unexpected start-up of the machine
during repair can lead to serious injury.
Do not use brushes with diff erent parameters than those specifi ed by the manufacturer. Incorrect insertion tool can cause
serious injury.
PRODUCT OPERATION
Preparing for operation
Caution! Disconnect the machine from the power supply before performing any assembly and adjustment work. Make sure that
the power cord plug is unplugged from the mains socket.
Visually inspect the product. If any damage is discovered, do not commence work before removing it.
Unpack the product and remove all elements of the packaging. It is recommended to keep the packaging for future storage and
transport.
Machine assembly
Mount the additional handle at the top of the housing near the main handle. Press and hold both handle angle lock buttons in this
position. Slide the handle (II) onto the pressed buttons so that the lock buttons automatically return to the initial position fi lling
the holes of the handle (III). The additional handle angle can be changed. To do this, press both lock buttons to adjust the handle
angle, and then release the pressure so that the buttons return to the initial position by fi lling the holes of the handle.
Brush installation and removal
Warning! Due to the risk of injury, install the brush wearing protective gloves.
Press and turn the lock button in the direction indicated by the arrow, marked with the open padlock symbol (IV). Remove the
lock from the machine housing (V). The lock is attached to the machine with a short cord, this prevents the lock from being lost.
With the lock removed, the brush fi xed in the handle can be removed (VI).
The brush should be installed so that the hexagonal pin in the machine housing fi ts into the socket in the brush.
A wide brush or a narrow brush with an auxiliary wheel can be fi tted. The narrow brush can be mounted on the pin by unscrewing
the fi xing screw (VII) and replacing the brush with a new, unused one or with a diff erent type of brush.
After removing the brush, it is possible to access the screws blocking the possibility of changing the brush cover angle (VIII). Loos-
en the screws, but do not unscrew them completely. Set the cover at the angle which provides the best protection for the operator,
and then tighten the screws to prevent the possibility of unintentional movement of the cover.
Caution! Remove any debris created during operation from the inside the cover and the tool holder each time before installing
the brush.
Housing length adjustment
The possibility of setting the housing length allows for better adjustment of the brush to the operator and the workplace.
Unscrew the locking ring (IX). Extend the lower part of the housing telescopically. Once the selected length has been set, tighten
the locking ring to prevent any unintended change in the housing length. Check that the housing does not change length inad-
vertently during operation.
The length of the housing should be selected so that the machine is tilted during operation and the operator can freely hold the
brush by the main and additional handle.
Brush speed adjustment (X)
The speed is adjusted by means of a knob located on top of the housing. The arrows on the knob show the direction of rotation of
the knob to increase and decrease the rotational speed.
Preparing the workplace
Before commencing work, prepare the workplace. Designate a safety zone with a radius of at least 15 m from the workplace,
which will be inaccessible to unauthorised persons. Ensure that there are no obstacles around the workplace which could cause
the operator or machine to collide during work. Remove all loose lightweight objects from the workplace, which can be caught by
the spinning brush and cause damage to the machine or be ejected at high speed.
Power supply connection
The machine is supplied only with a short power cord. Use an extension cord for proper power supply. The extension cord should
have rubber insulation of at least the H05RNF type or polyvinyl (PVC) insulation of at least the H05VVF type.
Always use cords intended for outdoor use due to the nature of the machine work. The power cord should have a single socket
matching the machine's plug. It is forbidden to modify the plug or socket to make them fi t. The electrical parameters of the power
