b)
Keep the product in good working order. Check before each use for general
damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any
other condition that may affect the safe operation of the device). If damaged,
return the device for repair before use.
c)
Repairs and maintenance should be carried out by qualified personnel using
only original spare parts. This will ensure the safety of use.
d)
To ensure the designed operational integrity of the device, do not remove
factory-installed covers or loosen screws.
e)
Clean the device regularly to prevent permanent dirt build-up.
f)
Do not tamper with the device to alter its performance or design.
g)
The automatic welding mask is not suitable for use in laser welding/cutting and
acetylene-oxygen welding/cutting.
h)
If the welding mask does not automatically darken the electric arc after it is
initiated, stop welding immediately and contact the manufacturer's service.
i)
Do not open or manipulate the self-darkening filters.
j)
Do not make changes/modifications to the welding mask that are not
described in the instruction manual. Do not use spare parts that are not
contained in this instruction manual. Changes/modifications to the welding
mask that do not comply with the instruction manual may lead to the loss of
warranty and result in health, life hazards, or other losses.
k)
Protect the mask from liquids and dirt.
l)
The front surface of the welding mask should be cleaned regularly. When doing
so, use hairless rags and do not use solvents. The sensors and photosensitive
elements must always be clean.
m) Replace the front mask plate if it is cracked, scratched, or damaged in any other
way.
n)
Do not open the mask shutter assembly.
o)
The materials used in the welding mask may cause an allergic reaction in the
operator.
p)
Using filters with too high a degree of protection (too dark) can be harmful, as
it forces the operator to get too close to the radiation source and inhale
harmful gases.
q)
When working outdoors in strong natural light, it is possible to use a protective
filter with a degree of protection one higher.
r)
During operation, there may be other factors that are also important - but it is
difficult to assess their impact. They are, in particular:
Positioning the operator relative to the radius or arc. For example,
depending on whether the operator is leaning over a welded object or
assuming a position with his arms outstretched, it may be necessary to
change at least one filter designation.
Local lighting.
The human factor.
