das Fahrzeug anzuheben.
3.3. ARBEITEN MIT DEM GERÄT
HEBEN
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Ablassventil zugedreht
ist. Stellen Sie den Heber unter einen der Stützpunkte des
Fahrzeugs (siehe Betriebsanleitung des Fahrzeugs oder
wenden Sie sich an eine autorisierte Werkstatt). Pumpen Sie
mit dem Heber durch Auf- und Abwärtsbewegungen (bei
MSW-TJ3000N und MSW-TJ2000 optionales Fußpedal), so
dass der Sitz mittig auf dem Fahrzeugstützpunkt aufliegt.
Pumpen Sie so lange, bis das Fahrzeug auf die gewünschte
Höhe angehoben ist oder bis zum Ende des Hubbereichs.
Stellen Sie Stützen unter das Fahrzeug.
SENKEN
Heben Sie das Fahrzeug leicht an, um die Stützen zu
entfernen. Drehen Sie das Ablassventil mit dem Hebel
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um es zu öffnen.
ACHTUNG: Je weiter Sie das Ablassventil öffnen, desto
schneller wird das Fahrzeug abgesenkt, aber öffnen Sie es
nie vollständig - wenn Sie das Fahrzeug langsam senken,
können Sie den Vorgang besser kontrollieren und im Falle
unerwarteter Situationen schneller reagieren! Sobald das
abzusenkende Fahrzeug fest auf dem Boden steht und der
Sitz den Kontakt mit dem Fahrgestell verloren hat, nehmen
Sie den Heber heraus. Das Ablassventil durch Drehen im
Uhrzeigersinn schließen.
ACHTUNG: Wenn das Senken unterbrochen werden muss,
drehen Sie das Ablassventil sofort zu. Das Fahrzeug hält in
der angegebenen Höhe an.

ÖL NACHFÜLLEN:
1.
Den Sitz absenken.
2.
Die Platte und den Stopfen vom Tank entfernen.
3.
Öl nachfüllen.
4.
Den Stopfen und die Platte wieder anbringen.
5.
Nach jedem Nachfüllen entlüften Sie den Tank wie
oben beschrieben.
ÖLWECHSEL:
1.
Das
Ablassventil
durch
Drehen
gegen
Uhrzeigersinn öffnen.
2.
Die Platte und den Stopfen vom Tank entfernen.
3.
Den Heber auf die Seite legen, um das alte Öl abzulassen.
4.
Neues Öl einfüllen, den Stopfen und die Platte wieder
einsetzen.
5.
Nach jedem Ölwechsel entlüften Sie den Tank wie
oben beschrieben.
ACHTUNG:
Füllen Sie keinen Alkohol, keine Bremsflüssigkeit oder
andere ungeeignete Flüssigkeiten in den Öltank. Empfohlen
wird Chevron Hydraulic Oil AW ISO 32 oder Unocal Unax
AW 150.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a)
Nach jeder Reinigung sollten alle Komponenten
sorgfältig getrocknet werden, bevor das Gerät wieder
eingesetzt wird.
b)
Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und
kühlen Ort, geschützt vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung.
c)
Spritzen Sie das Gerät nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl ab
und tauchen Sie es nicht in Wasser.
d)
Überprüfen
Sie
das
Gerät
regelmäßig
Funktionsfähigkeit und eventuelle Schäden.
e)
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen und/oder
metallischen Gegenstände (z. B. eine Drahtbürste oder
einen Metallschaber), da diese die Oberfläche des
Geräts beschädigen können.
f)
Der Ölstand sollte regelmäßig kontrolliert und
gegebenenfalls das Öl nachgefüllt werden, und die
beweglichen Teile sollten geschmiert werden.
g)
Lagern Sie das Gerät mit abgesenktem Sitz.
