2-6: Level offset:
If used with level offset, the mobile tower must be assembled according to this diagram.
Chapter 3: After assembly and before use
The assembly must be checked for compliance by the person in charge of safety on the construction site.
The checks will cover:
•
If the structure is in a good state.
•
If the assembly of the structure is complete.
•
Check if the mobile tower is correct and complete.
•
Check if the mobile tower is vertical or if it requires adjustment.
•
Check if any environmental changes affect the safe use of the mobile tower.
•
Check if the stabilizers are in accordance with the instruction manual.
•
The brakes. (wheels locked).
•
Shimming (to fill in local defects in flatness).
The instructions in the manual supplied with the product MUST be followed.
These instructions must be available where the mobile access and work tower is used.
Check that the product is in a good general condition before each use and more particularly the safety components (the
condition of the parts and their geometry, and if parts need to be replaced use TUBESCACOMABI components only, see the
manufacturer's after-sales service sheet
