Setting up the detector
See Figure 3.
The VV700 seismic detector must have a plug-in board
(item 1) connected to the detector. Connect the plug-in board
to the detector header (item 2).
Note:
Available plug-in boards: Form A relay board = VVI760.
Form C relay board = VVI770.
Use the configuration cable VVI740 (item 4) to enable the
detector and your computer to communicate. Wire the five-pole
connector on the VVI740 to the communication port of the
detector (item 3) and the nine-pole connector to the serial port
of the computer (item 5).
