If the signals received from the robot system have clean contacts, supply power to the inputs of RI2000, using the power supplies
on the CN9 connector (CN9-6, CN9-7, CN9-13, CN9-14) and CN4 connector (CN4-4) as shown on the diagram.
START: command signal for powering the electrical arc.
0V = arc OFF
24V = arc ON
PIECE SEARCH: command signal for activating the piece search mode.
The piece search test is active when the system is not welding (load free voltage at output).
0V = test inactive
24V = test active
WIRE BACK: wire retraction command signal. Wire retraction speed is 1m/min and retraction time is 1s.
0V = wire back inactive
24V = wire back active
GAS TEST: command signal for opening the gas circuit solenoid-valve. The solenoid-valve stays open
for the entire "command active" time.
0V = test inactive
24V = test active
AIR TEST: command signal for opening the air circuit solenoid-valve. The solenoid-valve stays open
for the entire "command active" time.
0V = no air flow
24V = air flow
WIRE FORWARD: wire extension command signal. The extension speed corresponds to the value set
by the operator. Wire extension stays active for the entire "command active" time.
0V = wire not extended
24V = wire extended
RESET ALARMS: reset alarms command signal.
0V = no reset operation
24V = alarms reset
Programmable digital input 1 (DI1)
WIRE BRAKE: control signal for the activation of "wire brake" device.
0V = wire brake inactive
24V = wire brake active
WIRE END: control signal for the activation of "wire end" device.
0V = wire end inactive
24V = wire end active
