• The nature of the cover material prevents the ball from bursting in the event of sudden punctual damage.
The air escapes slowly in these cases when the max. user weight is observed, sufficient reaction time re-
mains and the risk of accidents is minimized.
• Gymnastic balls generally lose air slowly over time. The diameter of the SISSEL
by approx. 2 to 3 cm per month. This is normal and does not represent a defect.

physiotherapeutic programs for training beginners or inexperienced users up to professional training concepts
can be suitably supported.

Preparation:
• Before the first inflation, the ball should lie spread out for 24 hours and adjust to the room temperature
(ideal: 23 °C). This simplifies the inflation and prevents overstretching.
• Inflate the ball in a number of steps to 80 % of the intended diameter (check with the enclosed measuring
tape). In this way, you avoid overstretching the material. Use a hand pump (optional accessory) or a com-
mercially available ball pump for inflation.
• Let the ball rest for 2 hours. The special material needs this time to adjust to the stretch and internal
pressure. Then inflate the ball to the desired size and strength (check with enclosed measuring tape).
Do not exceed the specified ball diameter.
