Transportation information
The lifting platform is packaged as follows on delivery:

The user must provide a fork lift truck for in-house
transportation. The center of gravity and lashing points
are marked on the packaging.

Set-up and initial commissioning
The lifting platform is only to be started up by Bosch
customer service or an authorized service agent. Initial
commissioning of the lifting platform is described in the
installation instructions. Acceptance must be performed
by a qualified person after initial commissioning.

Weight
The VLH 4x45 LA is a 4-column lifting platform with
1600 kg
electro-hydraulic drive. Fig. 2 shows the principal
components.

The lifting platform is provided with one control

column, three secondary columns and two runways.

The control column contains the operating unit (1) and
a hydraulic unit (2).
The columns are connected in pairs by cross
members (5). The runways (4) rest on the cross
members. The runway on the right can be moved
sideways to adjust the spacing between the runways.
When the lifting platform is lowered, a motor vehicle
can be driven onto the runways by way of the drive-on
ramp (6). Roll-off guards (6, 11) stop the vehicle rolling
off the runways.
