Maintenance and Repair
Only use the spare parts recommended by FÖRCH
Damaged constructive and wear parts like e.g. bearings, O-rings are to be replaced
Using non-approved spare parts will void the warranty, service , damage and liability
claims against FÖRCH
Proper disposal according to the guidelines of environmental protection has to be
observed
Information concerning the FÖRCH Compressed Air Grease Gun
Art. No. 5354 3010
Patented Pneumatic Grease Gun for permanent control of the filling quantity or the type of
grease. In addition this FÖRCH Pneumatic Grease Gun 5354 3010 has a release valve for
the air cushion thus ensuring a failure-free grease feeding.
User Manual
1. Check the Grease Gun for damages or missing parts prior to use.
2. Unscrew the cartridge cover and pull back the pressure plate at the handle completely
until latching.
3. The FÖRCH Grease Gun Art. No. 5354 3010 can be filled with grease and operated
in 3 different ways.
3.1. Cartridges
3.2. Bag
3.3. Loose grease
4. Re-assemble the cartridge cover to the Grease Gun and release the piston plate by
means of the unlocking-device at the bottom side.
5. Operation is recommended using a maintenance unit. In case this is not possible, please
fill in 2-3 drops of FÖRCH pneumatic oil Art. No. 5354 100 to the air connection at the
tool.
6. Connect the compressed air hose with the matching coupling.
7. Grease feeding is activated by actuation of the trigger.
8. Put on the mouthpiece of the feeding hose to the matching grease nipple and pump
grease as long as it comes out at the sides of the part to be lubricated.
9. Release trigger, then pull the mouthpiece off the grease nipple.
