1. Removing the interface cover on the meter
2. Attach the add-on radio module
3. Screw down the add-on radio module with the two
screws supplied
4. Check the display to see if the connection between
the add-on radio module and the meter via the module
interface was successful:
"FA [software version]", "FS" = identifier S-Mode, "FC" =
identifier C-Mode
5. Press in the seals on the module up to the screw head.
Replacing the meter
1. Delete the meter to be replaced in the network
2. Carry out meter exchange
3. The add-on radio module is used once again:
• Proceed in the same way as when commissioning a
new
Add-on radio module
If a new meter with integrated radio is installed:
• The add-on radio module is no longer necessary
Replacing the add-on radio module
1. Delete the meter to be replaced in the network
2. Remove the seal from the old add-on radio module
3. Loosen the screws of the old add-on radio module
4. Remove old add-on radio module from meter
5. Further procedure as for commissioning a new add-on
radio module
