4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
D.C. AND A.C. MEASURING
1. Connect the red test probe to the "V
probe to the "COM" connector
2. Turn the RANGE switch to the desired voltage position. If the voltage to
be measured is not known in advance, set the switch to the highest range
and reduce to the desired reading.
3. Connect the test probes to the device or circuit to be measured.
4. Turn on the device or circuit to be measured. The value of the voltage
will appear on the digital display along with the polarity of the voltage.
