close to the thermometer – a radius of 5 meters is recommended. Make sure your smartphone
is connected to the internet and the flight mode is switched off.
Measuring
1. Remove the protective cap from the measuring tip. In order to switch on
the thermometer, press the on-/off-button. The thermometer first con-
ducts a self-test for approx. 2 seconds. All segments of the display are vi-
sible during this time.
2. The last measurement then appears. Then the measurement symbol "°C"
flashes and "Lo" is shown on the display. That means the thermometer is
ready for use.
3. If you take your temperature orally: close your mouth and breathe calmly th-
rough your nose so that the air from your breathing does not influence the
measurement. During the measuring process the current temperature is con-
tinuously shown and the "°C" symbol flashes. Measuring ends when a stable
