not their side surfaces.
When processing is fi nished, safely move away accessories from the workpiece, then switch off the power tool and wait until the
accessory stops completely. Disconnect the battery from the power tool and proceed to disassembling or adjusting.
The workpiece must be fastened or supported in such a way as to prevent uncontrolled movement of workpiece or its parts while
processing. To do this, you may use supports, handles, clamps, vices, etc. Fastening should be done in such a way as to ensure
free access to surface processed.
The tool is designed to be held in one hand, but in case of excessive vibration during the work, it can be held in two hands. The
end of the fl exible shaft has been adapted for one-hand grip handle.
Hold the tool with your whole hand with a force suffi cient for safe operation. Excessively strong grip may cause fatigue. Avoid
holding the tool only with your fi ngers.
In case accessories on a threaded shaft are being used, such accessories should be selected so that the fastening thread is no
longer than the hole to which it is to be screwed. This will prevent accessories from cracking. Use shafts with a support fl ange that
is fl at, without undercuts and sockets. This will increase the shaft - accessory contact surface and prevent it from cracking.
Do not use accessories with a diameter exceeding that specifi ed in this manual.
Start the work. At continuous operation, heating of grinder and tool should be monitored, and make a brake in case of excessive
temperature. In order to prevent engine overheating, it is recommended to make frequent breaks in operation of grinder and to
ensure that the ventilation slots are patent.
Do not exert too much pressure on the workpiece during the work and do not make any sudden movements to prevent any dam-
age to the tool inserted and the grinder.
While drilling or milling in steel or aluminium, tools can be cooled with emulsifi ed oil or cooling fl uid recommended for a particular
material, however, coolant is not recommended for brass processing. At the last stage of drilling of through holes, reduce the
pressure on drill bit to prevent it from breaking or jamming. If the drill bit is jammed, immediately switch off the tool. Exerting high
pressure on tools or selection of incorrect speed for a particular job causes overloading of tool, which can be detected as overheat-
ing of the outer surface of the tool body.
It is not allowed to overload the tool; temperature of external surfaces can never exceed 60 °C.
After the work is fi nished, disconnect the battery and perform maintenance and inspection operations.
Declared total value of vibration was measured by means of standardized test method and can be used to compare one tool with
the other. Declared total value of vibration can be used in the initial exposure assessment.
Note! Emission of vibration when working with the tool may vary from the declared value, depending on how the tool is used.
Note! It is required to determine safety measures to protect the operator, which are based on the exposure assessment in real
conditions of use (including all elements of work cycle, such as for example time when tool is switched off or idling and time of
activation).
MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAUL
ATTENTION! Before any adjustment, technical service or maintenance operations unplug the tool. Once the operations have been
fi nished, the technical conditions of the tool must be assessed by means of external evaluation and inspection of the following
elements: body and handle, conductor with a plug and defl ection, functioning of the electric switch, patency of ventilation slots,
sparking of brushes, noise level of functioning of bearings and gears, start-up and smoothness of operation. During the guarantee
period, the user cannot dismantle the electric tools or change any sub-assemblies or elements, since it will cancel any guarantee
rights. All irregularities detected at overhaul or during functioning of the tools are a signal to have the tool repaired at a service
shop. Once the functioning has been concluded, the casing, ventilation slots, switches, additional handle and protections must be
cleansed with a stream of air (at a pressure not exceeding 0.3 MPa), with a brush or a cloth without any chemical substances or
cleaning liquids. Tools and handles must be cleansed with a clean cloth.
