WHAT TO DO IF....
Symptoms
LED turned off.
Red LED on fixed for
more than one minute.
Red LED flashing for
more than one minute.
Yellow LED on fixed

Fixed pink LED.
The DOMI App is
unable to connect
to the DOMI control
unit.
The
utilities
do
not
respond
to
commands sent by
the DOMI App.
Cause
No power.
The DOMI control unit is starting
up or initializing its memory.
The DOMI control unit has
found an internal error.
The DOMI control unit is not able to
link up to the network in Client Mode.
The DOMI control unit is chan-
ging from AP Mode to Client
Mode or vice-versa. However a
configuration error has occurred.
The DOMI control unit is
blocked.
The DOMI control unit is synchro-
nizing with the cloud service.
Problem

Tablet
Smartphone network configura-
tion (AP Mode).
Problem with the domestic network
(Client Mode with or w/out Cloud).
Error during configuration of
access to the domestic network

App activated the cloud service, so
the response is not immediate.

Remedy
Check the power cord and the mains power.
Stand by for few minutes.
Turn off the DOMI control unit. After five
seconds, turn it back on again.
Stand by and verify the domestic network's
status.
Press the reset button for five seconds to
reconfigure the network in AP Mode.
Turn off the DOMI control unit. After five
seconds, turn it back on again.
Stand
by
synchronization to be completed.

Make sure the Tablet or Smartphone
is connected to the DOMI control unit
generated network (AP Mode).
Make sure the domestic network is active.
If you have not entered the correct SSID or
PSW, then you cannot access Client Mode.
Press and hold down the reset button for at
least five seconds to reset the DOMI control
unit in AP Mode. Repeat the access in AP
Mode and the configuration in Client Mode.
Make sure the DOMI control unit wireless
network antenna is connected.
Make sure the DOMI control unit is in
a position accessible by Wi Fi to tablet,
smartphone or router.
Correctly associate the App utility with
the real utilities using the appropriate
sequences.
Make sure the DOMI control unit is in
a position accessible by Wi Fi to tablet,
smartphone.
Stand by for the cloud service to receive the
command.
Turn off the DOMI control unit. After five
