Maintenance, service
• Do not leave the tool unattended.
• Always keep clean the tool and the ventilation slots on the accu screwgun.
On drawing the rivet mandrel small particles are deposited on the galvanised surface
on the tool. To ensure correct function, the tool must be cleaned and greased as
follows every 1000 setting operations:
• Unscrew and open the steel sleeve (1) using open-ended spanners AF 24/27 .
• Clean complete front section using clean cloths.
• Unscrew the inner chuck housing (2) on a suitable surface. It is not possible to loose
the chuck jaws (3) if the tool is held downward (like during setting).
• Remove foreign bodies, clean and grease part 2 + 3. Lightly grease inside of steel
sleeve (1).
• Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. It is imperative attention is paid to the
correct position of the chuck jaws (3).
• Fully screw together and check for correct function.
