7 Disposal
Appliances and rechargeable batteries that are marked with this symbol must be disposed
of separately from household waste. These appliances and rechargeable batteries contain
valuable raw materials that can be recycled. Proper disposal protects the environment and the
health of your fellow human beings. Return the appliance and the rechargeable battery sepa-
rately, after removing the rechargeable battery, to the appropriate collection points for disposal.
Your local authorities or dealer can provide information about proper disposal.
