HINTS
When the dehumidifier is used in
extremely damp environments or when
the temperature is below +5˚C, the
dehumidifier may stop working. A large
amount of ice builds up on the cooling
coil. Turn off the dehumidifier and place it
a little above floor level so that the ice will

melt away.
Sometimes it may be useful to use a
frost guard or heater fan to make sure
that the temperature does not fall below
+10˚C. Even if the MRD20GWGW/25
work down to temperatures as low as
+5°C, its capacity will increase at higher
temperatures as warm air carries more
water.
The hydrostat has a margin of error of
approx. +/- 5-10%. At lower temperatures,
the margin of error might increase further.
For maximum dehumidifying power in
a room, it is recommended that the air
supply from outside and from adjoining
rooms is minimized – close doors and
ventilators.
Expect higher dehumidification capacity
during Autumn / Summer because the
outside air is warmer and more humid.
IMPORTANT! - Wood's
dehumidifier must be connected
to an grounded power source.
The power source should be 220V-240V
REMEDY
Check that dehumidifier is connected to electricity and that fuse has not
blown.
Check that the water reservoir is empty and correctly placed in the
dehumidifier.
Remove the water from the container.
Place the water container in the correct position.
Clean the air filter.
Check that air can flow freely through the dehumidifier. The front grid
and air filter should be clean and the dehumidifier should stand 20cm
from wall.
We recommend using a dehumidifier with a larger capacity.
