»-button:
If you press the »-button once, the playback starts at the beginning of the next track, if you press it twice the
following track, etc.
Please note that the CD-player calls the track up in the mode you pressed the Track-button. If the CD-player
is in the Play-mode at track 1 for example and you press the »-button, the player jumps to track 2 and
immediately starts playback.
6.6 Synchronisation of the playback-speed
You can synchronise the CD player and another signal-source while cueing with the headphones via the
mixer.
Possibility 1:
Put the CD-player into playback-mode and cue with the headphones. Synchronise the playback-speed via
the Pitchfader ot the CD-player (Pitch-button has to be pressed).
Possibility 2:
If the two signal-sources only differ in the bass-beat, you can synchronise via the Pitch Bend-buttons.
Put the CD-player into playback-mode and cue with the headphones. Synchronise the bass-beat via the left
or right Pitch Bend-button.
6.7 Cueing
Auto-Cue function:
After switching on or after pressing the Track-buttons, the player automatically jumps to the section where
the music starts. This fuction enable to minimize the transitions between two tracks.
Back-Cue function:
If you press the Cue-button during playback, the player returns the position where the playback started and
goes into Pause-mode. Please note that this function is only available within one track.
Bop-function:
When calling the Cue-point via the Reloop-button the player remains in the play-mode.
Memorizing the Cue-point:
The player is in Playback-mode.
Press the Play/Pause-button and the player goes into Pause-mode and the Cue-button flashes.
Select the Cue-point via the Scratch-wheel. The display shows the selected starting-point (e.g. 3:42 22).
Press the Cue-button in order to memorize the Cue-point. The Cue-button is permanently lit. Start the
playback via the Play/Pause-button or the Bop-button.
6.8 Memorizing a sequence (Loop-function)
With the Loop-function, you can repeat a programmable sequence.
Memorizing the Loop-points:
Possibility 1:
The player is in Playback-mode.
If the A-button is pressed in the playback-mode, the CD keeps running and the A-point (starting-point) is
marked. If the B-button is pressed once more, the B-point (end-point) of the sequence is marked.
The player repeats the sequence between A-point and B-point until you press the Exit-button.
Possibility 2:
The player is in Playback-mode.
Press the Play/Pause-button and the player goes into Pause-mode.
Select the A-point (starting-point) via the Scratch-wheel. The display shows the selected A-point (e.g. 3:42
22). Press the A-button and the selected A-point is marked.
Select the B-point (end-point) via the Scratch-wheel. The display shows the selected B-point (e.g. 3:51 11).
Press the B-button and the selected B-point is marked.
