. Use the edge of the slot
reference (Fig. C6).
 19
3. Push the clamp lever
to lock the fence (Fig. C1).
4. If additional clamping is required, the angle of cut can be
further fixed in the 90° and 45° cross-cut positions.
 7
a. Align the fence
with slot
order to fix the 90° or 45° cross-cut position (Fig. C6).
 20
b. Place the pin
through the fence into one of the
 40
holes
.
Checking and Adjusting the Mitre Scale
(Fig. C1, D1, D2)
 19
1. Pull the clamp lever
the fence (Fig. C1).
2. Pull down the arm and lock it in this position by pushing in
 21
the lock-down pin

Prior to Operation:
Install the appropriate cutting blade. Only use sharp or
correctly sharpened blades. The maximum rotation speed of
the tool must not exceed that of the cutting blade.
(Fig. C6).
Make sure the blade rotates in the direction of the arrows on
the accessory and the tool.

Secure the workpiece.
Make sure all locking knobs and clamp handles are tight.

Time Delay Relay (TDR)
The soft start feature allows a slow speed run-up over 300 ms to
avoid an initial jerk when starting. This feature is also particularly
useful when the installed fuse value is too low or not of
inert character.
