SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•
Make sure that the torque arm supports on a fixed point. It should be noted that the direction of
rotation of the torque arm is opposite to the direction of the drive crank.
•
Always use impact sockets in conjunction with the Torque Multiplier. If other socket wrenches
are used, there is a risk that they could burst unexpectedly, which could result in injury.
•
Always wear protective gloves and goggles when working with the Torque Multiplier.
•
Ensure that you have firmly standing, suddenly loosen screws or nuts can otherwise lead to
loss of balance.
•
Never use impact tools such as Impact wrench in conjunction with the Torque Multiplier. Use
of impact wrenches or similar tools can lead to transmission damage or injury.
•
Do not modify the Torque Multiplier, this can lead to loss of warranty and injury.
•
Only use Torque Multiplier for loosening and tightening screws or nuts. Other use may result in
loss of warranty and injury.
MAINTENANCE / CLEANING
•
The Torque Multiplier is maintenance free.
•
Clean the Torque Multiplier only with a dry cloth.
•
Do not immerse the Torque Multiplier in water or other liquids, otherwise there is a risk that
moisture comes in the transmission and it will be damaged.
USE
1. Choose a suitable impact socket (B).
2. Connect the impact socket to the output shaft of the
torque multiplier (2).
3. Mount the crank (1) to the drive shaft of the torque
multiplier.
4. Position the impact socket with torque multiplier (2) on the
screw to be solved.
5. When you align the torque arm (A), make sure that the
torque arm must be supported on a fixed point.
Note: The extension bar (3) can be used in conjunction with
the crank (1) and the impact socket (B) to attach and remove
the screw connection.
Attention: The direction of the torque arm rotation is opposite
direction of the crank rotation.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
