Steak Strips and Veg gies
Ingredients:
•
1/2 tbsp peanut oil
•
250g lean steak, cut into thin strips
•
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
•
1 carrot, thinly sliced
•
2 mushrooms, thinly sliced
•
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
•
1 crushed garlic clove
Steps:
•
Oil the skillet lightly.
•
Add the vegetables and garlic. Cook for a few minutes.
•
Add the steak and stir. Slowly pour in the soy sauce.
•
Cook until desired, do not overcook steak because it might become
tough.
