Burger Pat ty
Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef
•
1 large egg, beaten
•
1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
•
1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
•
1⁄2 tsp salt
•
1⁄2 tsp black pepper
•
2 tbsp hickory barbecue sauce
•
Olive oil
Steps:
•
In a large bowl, mix well together ground beef, beaten egg, onions, garlic
powder, salt, pepper and barbecue sauce.
•
Make sure the burger's diameter is smaller than the cooking surface of the
skillet.
•
Press together and flatten the patties to your preferred thickness.
•
Using your thumb, make a hole in the center of the hamburger patty.
•
Place oilve oil on the cooking surface.
•
Carefully place 1 patty into the hot surface for about 2 to 3 minutes.
•
Turn patty over and continue to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until fully
cooked. Check for doneness to make sure there is no pink meat showing.
