• Check the serial port setting on the Connectivity setup page.

• Check the cable connections on the stand and DVD recorder.
See the H-Universal Stand assembly instructions.
• Ensure that the DVD recorder is turned on and set up properly.
See the DVD recorder manufacturer's instructions, if necessary.
• Check the cable connections on stand and DVD recorder.
