MAINTENANCE
Skilled staff has to perform yearly the following operations:
- Check the valve inside tightness.
- Filter cleaning.
- Fan and head cleaning.
- Check the position of the ignition electrode tips as well as the control
electrode.
- Calibrate the air and gas pressure switches.
- Check the combustion by means of CO
bearings.
- Check all the gaskets and seal tightness.

To gain access to the main components, remove the cover, as shown in
(Fig.1).
Combustion head maintenance should be made as follows:
- Close the gas cock and disconnect the gas train. Unscrew the screws 1
and remove the cover 2 (fig.1).
- Unscrew the screws 3 and the central pin 4 (fig.2).
- Hang the component holder plate into the service position 5 and effect
combustion head maintenance (fig.3).

To gain access to the main components, remove the cover (fig.4).
Combustion head maintenance should be made as follows:
- Unscrew the screws 1 and remove the cover 2 (fig.4).
- Unscrew the screws 3 and the central pin 4 (fig.4).
- Hang the component holder plate into the service position 5 (fig.5-5A).
- To gain access to the draught tube and to the electrodes, remove the
hinge screw 6 and the screws 7 (fig.6).
