Description of the control buttons
PLAY/PAUSE
•
With this button you can briefly pause and resume playback. The display shows the
elapsed playback time flashing. Press again to continue playback.
NEXT TRACK & PREVIOUS TRACK
•
Briefly press the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" button to access the next track.
•
Briefly press the "PREVIOUS TRACK/REWIND" button to access the previous track.
•
If the button is held down, the unit will scroll through the tracks.
STOP
•
Playback is stopped.
FOLDER
•
During MP3 music playback, press and hold "PROGRAM/FOLDER/STOP", the display
will show "FOLd", then press "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" or "PREVIOUS TRACK/
REWIND" to select the desired folder.
MODE
•
When playback is stopped, this function allows you to programme a playback order (see
the section on Programming tracks).
During audio CD playback, press the "SCAN/MODE" button:
1.
One press = the current track repeats continuously. The "REP" symbol will appear on the
display.
2.
Two presses = the entire CD repeats continuously. The "REP ALL" symbol will appear
on the display.
3.
Three presses = all tracks play randomly. The "RAND" symbol will appear on the display.
4.
Four presses = all functions are cancelled. Return to normal playback mode.
During MP3 music playback, press the "SCAN/MODE" button:
1.
One press = the current track repeats continuously. The "REP" symbol will appear on the
display.
2.
Two presses = the selected folder repeats continuously. The "REP ALBUM" symbol will
appear on the display. Three presses = all tracks repeat continuously. The "REP ALL"
symbol will appear on the display.
3.
Four presses = all tracks play randomly. The "RAND" symbol will appear on the display.
4.
Five presses = all functions are cancelled. Normal playback resumes.
Programming tracks
This function allows you to set a playback order for the tracks.
1.
Press the "PROGRAM/FOLDER/STOP" button.
2.
Press the "SCAN/MODE" button. "P01" (location in the memory) and "PROG" will appear
on the display. Use the "NEXT TRACK/FAST FORWARD" and "PREVIOUS TRACK/
