For contact actuation operation, hold the Trigger and depress the
Contact Arm against the work surface.

SEQUENTIAL ACTUATION OPERATION (Option)
For sequential actuation operation, activate the Contact Arm
against work surface and pull the Trigger. A fastener will be driv-
en.

For anti-double fire mechanism operation, depress the Contact
Arm against the work surface and pull the Trigger. A fastener will
be driven. Release trigger. Begin again.

FULL SEQUENTIAL ACTUATION OPERATION (For tool with
orange triggers)
For full sequential actuation operation, depress the Contact Arm
against work surface and pull trigger. A fastener will be driven.
Release both trigger and Contact Arm. Begin again.

DRIVING DEPTH ADJUSTMENT (Fig.7)
WARNING
• ALWAYS disconnect air supply before adjusting.
The driving depth adjustment is made by adjusting the contact
arm "B" 1. Take off hex. bar wrench set in the magazine. The
screw M5×6 2 is loosened to allow the contact arm "B" to be
moved up or down. After adjusting the contact arm B 1, tighten
screw M5×6 2 to fix the adjusted position.
TRIGGER LOCK MECHANISM (Fig. 8)
This tool has a Trigger Lock. The trigger should be locked at all
times until you intend to drive nail into the work surface. Push and
rotate the Trigger LOCK Dial 1 clockwise from LOCK to UN-
LOCK position immediately before driving nails. When fastening
is complete, push and rotate switch counterclockwise to LOCK
position.
REMOVING JAMMED STAPLES (Fig.9,10,11)
WARNING
• ALWAYS disconnect the air supply.
• Wear gloves when removing jams; do not use bare hands
• Confirm that you have removed all staples from nose of
tool before reconnecting to air supply.

Disconnect the air supply.

Take out the staples from the inside of the magazine.

Release the staple removal lever and open the door.

Remove staples that are jammed inside the nose by using
a punch or slotted screw driver.

After removing the staples, close the door and the staple
removal lever.

HOW TO USE AIR DUSTER (HA65Q)
WARNING
•
Never point the injection outlet or the air duster blow off
vent toward a person.
•
Always lock the trigger before using the air duster.
•
Do not disconnect the air hose with the air duster button
pressed.
Aim the air blow off vent and press the air duster button 1.
• Air flow volume control function is provided for the HA65Q air
duster. Control air flow volume by pressing the air duster but-
ton 1.
