Check the outlet to make sure it is active�
Contact customer service�
Add more water according to the proper rice to water ratio�
Once cooking is finished leave the lid on for 5 minutes�
Adjust rice to water ratio according to rice directions�
Starch or other food has accumulated at the bottom of the
inner pot and have clogged heat from dispersing�
This is normal�
