► Defective components must always be replaced with original
replacement parts. Only such parts will guarantee that the
safety requirements are fulfilled.
12.3 Sources of danger
12.3.1 Danger of injury

Careless use of the appliance may result in injury.
Observe the following warnings to avoid injury
► Never immerse the motor unit, cord or plug in water or other
liquids and do not place in the dishwasher.
► Do not touch the blades, especially when the appliance is
plugged in. The blades are very sharp.
► If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before you
remove the ingredients that block the blades.
► Be sure the parts are properly assembled to original base
and in place.
► Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning
and before putting on or taking of parts. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning or storing
the appliance.
► Do not use the appliance to process superhard food, such as
for example rock candy, brown sugar, myristica fragrans or
coffee bean.
► After 1 minute operation: Let the device cool down for 2
minutes. Stop for half an hour after 5 cycles.
